RK's Beach Villa is MTDC approved.

RK's is a 5500 sq feet villa set on a 3 acre farm, it is on 3 levels and has five bedrooms with baths. On the ground floor we have 2 bedrooms with a view of the lawns and greenery. The first floor has two bedrooms across eachother and they share a large living room, dinning room, kitchen and two big airy sitouts. The 2nd floor has a single bedroom with three seprate balconies with a spectacular view on all sides.

The farm grows alfhanso(appus) mangoes, available in late May. Coconuts available thru out the year. And other fruits. we also grow our own rice(kolam). We have our own small poultry that yields fresh eggs.

1. 1.03 % Government Service Tax would be charged on total billing.
2. Booking will be confirmed against 100% payment in Mumbai only before travel
3. For guest convience, we have ICICI - HDFC & SBI Bank A/C for funds transfer.
4. Bank A/c details like a/c name, a/c number would be provided upon request.
5. We also accept payment through Credit card via our Online Payment Gateway.
6. NO TENTATIVE BLOCKING WILL BE DONE without payments.
7. Kindly check the availability & rates with Bombay Sales Office before confirmation.
8. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
9. NO CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT will be accepted for whatsoever reasons given by Guest once confirmed and paid.
10. No Refund for early check-out unless hotel provides written confirmation.
11. Minimum 02 nights booking are accepted in Prime days & connecting weekends or weekdays.
12. Rights of admission reserved with hotel authorities.
